1. After we received your validated enquiry and payment, we schedule your call.
2. After you confirmed, the consultancy call will be executed.

INTERIM MANAGEMENT
The complete process consists of 3 steps:
1. For every validated enquiry we set up a consultancy call first to find out your exact request. This is important in order to get a good understanding of your goals. For this call a fee is applicable. In this step Ramón wil personally check if he can be of added value
2. Ramón creates a strategic plan, and will quote the estimated consultancy hours.
3. Once agreed Ramón will start according to plan.
